Kate took Mom and Dad over to Grandpa and Granma Coles' on Sunday night to celebrate Christmas with the Cole/Talley family on Christmas Eve. We had a great time seeing everyone and eating lots of great food! The white elephant gifts went over big-Kate and Cyrus got to wear a wig which was the hit of the evening!! We opened presents all day on Christmas eve...Kate got lots of pretty clothes and a Garmin to show mom and dad where to drive!! Granma Cole fixed a great Christmas feast-and we all took a long nap! It was great to see Cousin Cyrus and Kate together for their 1st Christmas together. Thank you Grandpa and Granma Cole for everything!!

Kate is excited for a great Christmas holiday. We made it down to Indy to see G-Mom and G-Dad Toombs on Friday night and went to the Indianapolis Zoo with Uncle David, Aunt Megan, Uncle Justin and cousin Cyrus on Saturday. Kate loved the Penguins and saw the Dolphin show. We were very lucky the weather was warm and we had a great time together. We spent the evening with all the Toombs family celebrating Christmas together with G-Mom and G-Dad in their new home!

Kate is getting excited for her 1st Christmas-she loves watching the Christmas tree lights each night and is quickly learning how to open presents. We are heading to Indianapolis to be with family for the holidays. We want to wish you all a very Blessed Merry Christmas!! We will send pictures from our time in Indy over the break. We did get some family Christmas pictures made that we wanted to share. MERRY CHRISTMAS! We will let you know how Kate sleeps and if Santa wakes her up!

We had a major snow storm hit this past weekend where we received close to 12 inches of snow. It hit on Saturday night and we were snowed in on Sunday. Kate wanted to go out and see the snow before dad cleaned off the driveway. She is enjoying the rice cereal at night before bed-and sleeping better!

Kate spent most of the weekend with Mom and Dad at the Grace College Hoops for Hope Basketball Tournament. She is becoming more familiar with the scoreboard and the loud horn. She loves cheering for the Lancers and hopes to make the 2026 Grace women's team!

We took a quick trip down to Indy on Sunday to celebrate the first of many family get togethers for the holiday. We went to Jamie's cousins home Kristie & Lance Ertel to celebrate the Toombs family Christmas. It was fun for Kate to see cousin Cyrus Cole again and to be with all the family. We had a great day of catching up with all the family and watching football.
